Francia was rescued by a woman named Rosi from the streets of Mexicali, Mexico. Francia was found roaming round the streets looking for food and trying to survive. She was taken to US where she is being fostered and is currently living with 11 other dogs. She is sweet and loving. Please ask us for an application to adopt. Thanks
