LOUIE was found at the Calexico Animal Control Facility. He was cold, hungry and matted. A volunteer who saw him knew that she had to step in and do the best that she could so he can find his forever family. LOUIE is being fostered in Heber, CA and he needs a forever family so he can enjoy the rest of his life. LOUIE is a little feisty at first but once he knows you won’t hurt him he begins to trust you and lets you in. LOUIE needs patience and time.
